We are so excited to have the opportunity to plan your unforgettable vacation to Napa and Sonoma. Our planning fee depends on travel dates, how quickly you need your plans made, how many in your travel party, how long you are staying and how much you want us to plan for you.

Your credit card will be necessary in order to hold all reservations. This includes your accommodations, restaurants, private tastings/tours, spa services, activities, etc. You are responsible for all cancellation fees. We do not handle airfare or rental car reservations but happy to find the best rate for you for a small hunt fee. These reservations are held on your credit card and subject to any cancellation policies as well.
Once your custom itinerary is approved & prepared, any further changes are subject to a change fee. If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, The Traveling Grape does not offer refunds. We will be happy to assist you in calling to cancel all set reservations for a $25 cancel fee.
